Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We pack everything safely and securely and ship from our USA (Atlanta shipping facility) From time to time something may get smashed, the color is different, or whatever, and we will take care of a replacement or refund immediately. So please take a look at your gifts when they arrive. We know that you are going to love them so much, you will decide to keep some of them for yourself. That is ok, you can always order more.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. (We sell known of this at Rocky Top Gifts but our highly educated lawyer made us tell you that anyway, sorry to be wasting your time, sincerely)

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. IT WILL BE APPROVE as long as you are not trying to pull a fast one. (Florida Fans)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a replacement item will be sent to you within 24 hours, or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of business amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TNRockyTopGifts@gmail.com and we will let you know if you need to return it to our Tennessee office or our Atlanta warehouse.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product you should contact us at TNRockyTopGiffts@gmail.com and we will let you know where to return the item based upon our inventory levels of the item at that time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The few times this happens we usually include a gift card that will more than cover your return shipping cost. Again, we treat our Rocky Top Gifts customers like we want to be treated. We aren't some Big Box Store that sales merchandise from every team inside and outside of the USA. We are fans like you, we only make merchandise available to Vols Fans. We are a small business that is trying enough quality and cool stuff, to enough Tennessee fans to make a living.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We have Tennessee fans in the military the order from us regularly, so it may take a little longer in those cases. By the way we appreciate your service, I mean we really do and want to say THANK YOU.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, it is a good idea if shipping to us or anyone else, especially a huge Big Box Store, to have someone sign for the return. We hear stories daily of people that say I am never ordering a TN Gift again from some big conglomeration. They sent me the wrong thing, lost my return, we even here stories about sending out gifts with some other teams logos! Can you imagine giving your granddaddy a mug with a Florida Gator on it when he opens the box? Shameful I tell you, just shameful, but those huge big box store minimum wage employee doesn't care!
